Recently CareerBuilder.com writer, Patrick Erwin, wrote an article for CNN listing 10 companies that offer work at home options. Spheris, an Employer Partner with Career Step, was at the top of the list. With the partnership, Career Step began offering the Spheris Training Track to students. The Spheris Training Track was designed to incorporate specific training and hiring requirements of Spheris into Career Step’s successful medical transcription training program.
By forming this partnership Spheris was able to minimize the training period required for new employees. Graduates from the Spheris Training Track are given a giant stepping-stone into their career with Spheris, or another similar company. Graduates from this specialized program are eligible to apply for more advanced positions within Spheris rather than have to start at entry-level positions.
