I have over 20 years medical office administration, accounting and management, I would like to get a certificate to bring me up to date on my skills. What would you recommend?

    Hi Brandilynn,

It really depends on what your career goals are. Are you preparing for an industry credential like the CMAA (Certified Medical Administrative Assistant)? Are you looking to expand your skills in medical billing or medical coding? Do you want to earn an accounting certificate?

Once you’ve defined what your goals are, it should be much easier to decide which program is right for you. Career Step offers Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Billing, and Medical Billing and Coding programs—so if your goals fall in line with any of those areas, be sure to consider our courses! =)

    Best wishes!
