Dear Susan: Why is my correct answer being marked wrong?

I know I have the correct answers, so why are they being marked as wrong?

Dear Confused,
The first thing to do is look at your correct answers.  Is the word underlined?  Does the word look like a hyperlink?  If so, your browser is adding this underline for some reason, and this does not match with the key. Certain browser add-ons will do this, so you will have to disable the offending add-ons or reset your Internet browser in order to fix it.  If you’re not sure how to do this, let us know and we can send you instructions for your specific browser. 

If you don’t see any underlines, then we really need to see a copy of your graded results page. That way we can see how you answered the question versus how the computer wanted it answered.  Most often it’s a very small difference.  If you’d like to do this page again and get the same answers, you can use the Email this Page feature in your Tools box and send it to support services.

    I have the same problem that Susan had with getting a problem marked wrong when it really was the correct answer. I do have items underlined but nout sure how to do what you recommended Susan to do. So can you help?
