Referrer Spotlight: Holly Hanna
Hi, my name is Holly Reisem Hanna, and I’ve been working from home since December of 2007. My journey started when I decided to leave my full-time nursing job and become a full-time, stay-at-home mom. While I had prepared for this transition financially, my savings didn’t stretch as far as I thought it would, so I started looking for work-at-home jobs.
Sadly, I encountered a lot of scams in my research.
Eventually, I landed a part-time gig completing marketing research for a friend’s publishing company. While it was a relief to have money coming in, I kept thinking about how difficult it was to find legitimate work-from-home jobs. And if I had such problems, other women must be having the same challenges. In 2009, I decided to launch TheWorkatHomeWoman.com, a website where women can find legitimate work-at-home jobs, career options, and business ideas.
One thing that’s important to me is educating women on what’s legit and what’s not. I don’t want women to fall prey to scams or sign up for worthless certificate or training programs that steal their hard-earned cash. Partnering with reputable companies is a top priority for me, and it’s why I joined the Career Step Referral Program. Not only do they provide solid work-at-home training programs, but they also have more than 20 years of experience in the industry, they’re endorsed by Dave Ramsey, and they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
I know when I promote Career Step’s work-at-home training programs, my readers are in good hands. And when they’re able to achieve their career goals it’s a win-win situation for all parties involved.
