Operation Life Transformed

Career Step has partnered with Operation Life Transformed to help military spouses and war wounded caregivers gain the training they need for careers in high-growth, portable fields.

The mission of Operation Life Transformed is to provide education and resources to war wounded caregivers and military spouses through private and corporate entities, increase awareness of the long-term needs of these families, and support the caregiver and military spouse as they re-enter the civilian sector. The organization is focused is on creating a portable lifestyle for the military family by enabling caregivers and military spouses to find job placement through flexible business models or participate in training and educational programs in fields that readily fit around medical schedules, deployment, disabilities, and future rehabilitation and transitioning.
