RMT Exam Preparation Course
How Long Will the Training Take?
The training program is designed to be completed in about 1 month of part-time study. However, the online format allows you to study on your own schedule and your own pace, so your enrollment includes 4 months of program access in case you need extra time. The test prep course includes 90 hours of curriculum.

After establishing a solid knowledge foundation, you'll move to the "practicum" section. In the practicum, you'll practice your professional medical transcription skills on authentic doctor dictations and patient records. This hands-on experience helps you ensure your transcription skills are as sharp as possible before you take the RMT credentialing exam.
