VP of Operations & Client Management to Present at Snowforce

Career Step LogoCareer Step, an online provider of career-focused education and corporate training, is proud to announce that Chris Charles, Vice President of Operations and Client Management, will be presenting at the 2016 Snowforce event being held in Salt Lake City February 25 through 26. Mr. Charles will be participating in the Executive Leadership Panel and presenting on how Salesforce can be a single source of truth for all disparate applications.

“I am honored to have been invited to present at this year’s Snowforce event,” said Mr. Charles. “Salesforce has been an important part of my professional career, particularly during my time at Career Step as I have become our company’s on-site expert. The platform has enabled our business to grow and improve in many ways, and I am excited to share some of those experiences with others, hopefully providing ideas they can incorporate within their organizations.”

The Snowforce event is held each year as a coordination of the efforts of the Salt Lake City Salesforce User Group, the Utah Valley User Group, the Utah Developer Group and the Utah Women in Technology Group. The event is being held in Salt Lake City over two days. February 25 will offer presentations, and February 26 offers a day of networking on the ski slopes.

This year’s Snowforce presentations are organized into three tracks: administrators, developers, and executives. Mr. Charles will be presenting to those attendees in the executive track.

Mr. Charles has 15+ years of experience in operations management, information technology, and business development working across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Career Step, he was the President of Facility Management Engineering of St. George, Utah. In this position, Mr. Charles’ clients included NASA, PeaceHealth, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Johnson Controls, National Park Service, Paris Las Vegas, and Universal Studios, among others. Mr. Charles joined Career Step in 2009 and brings his expertise to oversee the company’s Operations department and support the company’s clients, products, student base, and employees. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology with an emphasis in Computer Science from Dixie State University.
