  • Effectively work with patients, educating and preparing them, and comforting them during stressful procedures
  • Setting up, monitoring, and administering dialysis treatment

The course includes images, exercises, learning games, and highly interactive simulations to prepare you to work as a hemodialysis technician. In order to qualify for exam registration, you will also need to complete your externship, which is included in your initial enrollment. Externships take up to 100 hours to complete.
